Dein Alltag

Support German-speaking customers via inbound and outbound calls and emails
Assist with registration and use of a household scanning device
Handle welcome calls, login issues, and point systems
Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers in Germany and Switzerland
Provide clear guidance and solve customer queries efficiently

Dein Profil

Native-level German speaker (C2) with good English skills (B1 or higher)
Excellent communication skills via phone and email
Problem-solving attitude and a proactive mindset
Comfortable working independently from home
Located anywhere in Portugal with a reliable internet connection
