Dein Alltag

You will answer customers' questions and concerns and offer them the best possible solutions over the phone.
You will assist with orders, deliveries, payments and returns via email, chat and social media channels.
You will provide information about current products, offer advice and quickly help with questions about payment methods, delivery, exchanges and warranties.
After responding to customer enquiries, you will carry out cross-selling and up-selling of products.

Dein Profil

Your task is to provide support to our German-speaking customers by telephone and in writing, always being polite and helpful.
You have a command of the German language and speak fluent English (spoken and written).
You have excellent communication skills.
You are very eager to learn.
**(Bonus) You have experience in telephone customer service or in a call centre.
