Dein Alltag

Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with Facebook’s policies.
Check ads and review video content for policy adherence.
Moderate Instagram comments and posts, as well as videos made with Spark AR.
Identify violations such as Intellectual Rights or Trademark infringements.
Provide chat, email, and outbound call support.
Analyze complex text and interact fluently with both users and internal teams.
Work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Dein Profil

Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2 level) and have strong English skills (B2 level).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer support role, ideally in a B2C environment. B2B experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong multitasking abilities, with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in online advertising is preferred.
Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
