Community Specialist (German market) for the L'Oréal brand

- Comprehensive training: Approximately 15 working days (120 hours) at 8 hours per day to integrate into the Teleperformance Portugal team, including training in software, products and client management.
- Working hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day plus an additional hour for lunch), from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00.

Dein Alltag

- Customer communication & advice: You’ll respond to comments and direct messages across all social media channels, advise customers on beauty products and offer quick solutions.
- Community management: You’ll moderate and engage with the online community, act as a brand ambassador and ensure that the correct ‘tone of voice’ is maintained at all times.
- Problem-solving & Escalation: You will follow up on customer enquiries until they are fully resolved and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments (such as the Social Media Manager).
- Social Listening & Reporting: You will monitor trends as well as critical or viral topics, oversee quality, and produce analyses and reports using the Sprinklr tool.

Dein Profil

Language skills: Native German speaker with excellent written communication skills.
English language skills: At least B2 level (written, spoken and reading).
Social media expertise: Previous experience in community management on social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) or significant experience in content creation on your own channels with a large number of followers.
Soft skills: High level of empathy, strong focus on customer satisfaction, customer-centric approach, problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
IT skills: Good IT skills, as well as proficiency and speed in using reporting tools to track interactions.
Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts.
