Dein Alltag
- Your primary responsibility will be to help customers in German, resolving technical problems or guiding them through account management steps.
- You’ll also need to stay updated with regular product refreshers and participate in mandatory training. After a 2-week nesting period, you’ll work independently while remaining in close contact with your supportive team and supervisors.
- The environment encourages career growth—with a clear path from Tier 1 to advanced support levels or even team leadership within just a year.
Dein Profil
- Native-level German (C2)
- Very good English (C1)
- Proven experience or strong interest in tech/customer support
- Advanced PC literacy and typing skills (min. 20 wpm, 80% accuracy)
- Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is a big plus
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
- Readiness to relocate to Greece (not a remote job)
- A proactive, calm, and solution-oriented attitude
