Dein Alltag
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers.
- Assist users with account-related issues, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
- Provide professional and friendly support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay up to date with the company’s products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up where necessary.
Dein Profil
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Interest in sports is a plus!
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office proficiency).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A team-player attitude with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or higher education.
